Craig Eymann graduated from Iowa State University in 1971 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Over the past 40 years, he and his brother, Keith Eymann, have founded several companies specializing in development, construction, property management, and marketing of residential and commercial real estate. He holds both a Real Estate Broker’s License and a Contractor’s License in the State of Kansas.

Throughout his career, Craig has been instrumental in constructing over $350 million worth of residential housing and over 500,000 square feet of commercial buildings. These projects include golf clubhouses, residential clubhouses, pool and tennis complexes, restaurants, convenience stores, office warehouses, and office buildings. Currently, they own and manage over 200,000 square feet of commercial space.

In 1986, Craig was selected as the Managing Developer for Cedar Creek, a 5,000-acre Master Planned Community owned by Ash Grove Cement. From that date until 2006, he oversaw the development of Shadow Glen Golf Club, which was voted “Best New Private Golf Course” in 1989 by Golf Digest Magazine. He also led the development of 14 residential neighborhoods comprising over 1,200 lots and Cedar Creek Corporate Park, a 350-acre commercial office park.

Craig is a Past President of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce and has served as Chairman of the Board for the Olathe Economic Development Council. Additionally, he is a past President of the Kansas City Home Builder’s Association and currently serves on its National Board of Directors.

Keith Eymann attended Kansas State University, where he studied construction management and landscape architecture. He holds both a contractor’s license and a realtor’s license in the state of Kansas.

Since 1972, Keith has specialized in building creative, energy-efficient custom homes throughout the Greater Kansas City area, earning numerous local and national awards. “I enjoy the challenge of building a diverse range of architectural styles,” Keith explains. His portfolio includes homes ranging from modern contemporary designs to elegant old-world styles. “It is important that proper techniques are blended with authentic materials to ensure the integrity of each Ambassador Home,” he adds.

Keith’s early involvement with clients begins with site selection, continues through the design process, and culminates in translating their lifestyles and dreams into reality. “The satisfaction of exceeding my clients’ expectations makes the extra time and effort worthwhile,” he says.
